CEO Accelerator Program

The CEO Accelerator Program is a unique, new program under the Kingsway umbrella. The program is dedicated to finding talented, early-in-career managers that will source, acquire, and manage their own businesses with Kingsway’s support. Individuals within this program will actively seek opportunities in industries of interest with the intent to structure an acquisition. Once a business is acquired, individuals will have the autonomy to build an executive team, set goals, and execute a strategic vision with the backing of Kingsway’s executive team.
