The Kingsway Search Xcelerator is a unique, new program under the Kingsway umbrella. The program is dedicated to finding talented, early-in-career managers that will source, acquire, and manage their own businesses with Kingsway’s support. Individuals within this program will actively seek opportunities in industries of interest with the intent to structure an acquisition. Once a business is acquired, individuals will have the autonomy to build an executive team, set goals, and execute a strategic vision with the backing of Kingsway’s executive team.

Peter joined Kingsway in the summer of 2021 as our third Operator-in-Residence. Prior to joining Kingsway, he worked as a consultant for Gotham Consulting Partners where he conducted due diligence for private equity firms across sectors, including security/defense, communications/digital, infrastructure, industrials, business services, consumer, and healthcare. Prior to Gotham, Peter led global operational excellence programs for Flowserve Corporation’s $4B nuclear and oil & gas manufacturing business.
Peter began his career as an officer in the United States Navy. He holds an MBA in Finance from Kellogg Northwestern School of Management, and a BS in Systems Engineering with a Minor in Mandarin Chinese from the United States Naval Academy.

Drew joined Kingsway in the summer of 2022 as our fourth Operator-in-Residence. Prior to joining Kingsway, he worked in a variety of roles at Chevron Corporation, most recently as Corporate Negotiator. Prior to Chevron, he worked in investment banking and intelligence analysis. Drew began his career as an officer, platoon leader and Apache helicopter pilot in the US Army.
Drew graduated with an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS with honors in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He is a CFA charterholder.

Phil joined Kingsway in the winter of 2022 as our fifth Operator-In-Residence. Prior to joining Kingsway, he led his own startup efforts and managed a traditional search fund. Phil previously worked in private equity for the Riverside Company where he completed investments across the business services, technology, manufacturing, distribution, and consumer products industries. Phil began his career in the investment banking analyst program of Stephens Inc.
Phil holds a BBA in Finance from Ohio University, where he graduated with honors and was a member of the Bobcats football program.
