Kingsway is strategically focused on expanding our portfolio of high quality operating businesses in the extended warranty industry. We currently own and support five warranty businesses with talented managers focused on delivering long-term value.
IWS Acquisition Corporation
IWS is engaged in the marketing and administration of vehicle service agreements (VSA) and guaranteed asset protection (GAP) programs for new and used automobiles throughout the United States. Most of IWS' VSA and GAP products are sold by credit unions.
Trinity sells warranty products and provides maintenance support to consumers and businesses in the HVAC, standby generator, commercial LED lighting and refrigeration industries. Trinity distributes its warranty products through original equipment manufacturers, HVAC distributors and commercial and residential contractors. Trinity distributes its maintenance support directly through corporate owners of retail spaces throughout the United States.
PWSC sells new home warranty products and provides administration services to homebuilders and homeowners across the United States. PWSC distributes its products and services utilizing an in house sales team as well as insurance brokers and insurance carriers throughout all states except Alaska and Louisiana.
Geminus primarily sells vehicle service agreements to used car buyers across the United States, through its subsidiaries, The Penn Warranty Corporation ("Penn") and Prime Auto Care, Inc. ("Prime"). Penn and Prime distribute these products in 32 and 40 states, respectively, via independent used car dealerships and franchised car dealerships.

PWI sells and administers a full line of extended protection plans for pre-owned vehicles in all fifty states. PWI distributes its products primarily through a network of used car dealers.
Argo is the manager of a fund dedicated to investing in search funds and their target company acquisitions. The fund has investments in both active searchers and operating companies.
Kingsway believes that search funds are a compelling asset class and the experience and results within this space have been compelling. Additionally, our involvement in the search fund community allows access and exposure to a steady stream of exceedingly bright and entrepreneurial young managers.
Kingsway owns a portfolio of investments in credit tenant triple-net lease real estate.
CMC Industries
CMC, through its subsidiaries, owns a large parcel of land in Texas that has been leased on a triple net basis to BNSF Railway Company.

Flowers Portfolio 001 LLC includes six single tenant net lease properties under long-term lease to Flowers Foods.
Net Lease Investment Grade Portfolio
Net Lease Investment Grade Portfolio LLC (“NLIG”) consists of a portfolio of single tenant triple-net lease properties under long-term lease to credit tenants.
CEO Accelerator program
The CEO Accelerator Program is a unique, new program under the Kingsway umbrella. The program is dedicated to finding talented, early-in-career managers that will source, acquire, and manage their own businesses with Kingsway’s support.
Individuals within this program will actively seek opportunities in industries of interest with the intent to structure an acquisition. Once a business is acquired, with the backing of Kingsway’s executive team, individuals will have the autonomy to build an executive team, set goals, and execute a strategic vision.
